Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bossr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bossr, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
Bossr is a job matching platform that connects job seekers with employers through a swipe-based interface. We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or job offers.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile. You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, profile information). By uploading content, you grant Bossr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the service. You represent that: • You own or have rights to the content you upload • Your content does not violate any third-party rights • Your content is accurate and not misleading • Photos and videos feature you and are recent
Employment information
You acknowledge that employment-related information you provide (salary expectations, work history, skills, preferences) will be visible to other users as part of the matching process. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. Bossr does not verify employment claims or credentials.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information • Impersonate another person or entity • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Use the service for illegal purposes • Scrape, crawl, or collect user data • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Use automated systems without permission • Post discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content • Solicit users for purposes unrelated to employment
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Intellectual property
Bossr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bossr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Bossr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from the service will be accurate or reliable • You will find employment or candidates through the service • Other users' information is accurate or truthful
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bossr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bossr from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
